i am pleased to have listened to the national budget which was tabled by the PM recently. i must say by the look of it, it attempts to cover almost all sectors and interests.
i am very excited to look into the outlines set for the Islamic finance and banking sector.
incentives mentioned could be good moves inorder to attract better FDIs. my recent visit to bimb shows that significant number of visitors of the bank are from the non-muslims customers. good. as the expectations rise, the quality of services should also escalate.however, as the budget shall be within the final year of Rancangan Malaysia ke-9, what i could gather is that not much money left. wait for further writings.

At times I find this blogging activity could really be an interesting hobby. I say hobby. It would simply mean something of interest to you and whenever you engage into it, it offers a kind of happy feeling doing it.

I recollect when I was not old (or rather small) reading used to be my hobby; any materials would do then. It could also be by choosing this hobby, you would look okay and safe.Unfortunately, reading remains my hobby to date. It is a just a matter of the material.

I travel thru readings. I read how people (especially great people) use their thinking capability. I cross other people's mind. I learn from readings. I benchmark from readings. I compare things from readings. I place or create hopes by readings. I predict the future also by readings. I could be a different person by just reading. The Holy Quran affirms the importance of this reading activity; the first verses is on reading.

At times, I find it somewhat disturbing to meet people who do not read. Even worse, some may 'dislike' reading as they feel it is for students. To them, students need to read but for non-students, the game is over.

The success (ya ka?) of the government initiative of bridging the digital divide or BDD could illustrate the case in point. Access to reading materials is pretty much very easy; anywhere anytime. The smart phones nowadays provide this possibility though one may not go on-line at home or at the office but could be wired thru their phones. Privacy is compromised.

I confirm my commitment to this hobby.

sesekali menghadiri jemputan kahwin memang seronok, apatah lagi jika ianya diadakan di kampung. suasana kampung yg pada kebanyakan orang boleh menjadi event of the year kalaupun tidak event of the month. merapatkan silaturrahim, bertemu rakan taulan, 'mencipta' rangkaian baru bahkan boleh menjadi jejak kasih kalau kena gayanya.

baru-baru ni saya hadiri satu majlis sebegitu di kampung di kuala pilah. selain kemeriahan majlis, bab menu yang ingin saya kongsikan. khenduri kahwin yg biasa-biasa, mesti nasi minyak berlaukkan ayam tomato dan menu2 yg sebaris dengannya. maybe yg extra, door giftnya yg kini dah pelbagai pilihan, asalkan ada duitnya, semua jadi.

khenduri yg saya hadir ini menjamukan menu masakan negeri sembilan yg pada saya asli. daging salai masak lemak belimbing, ayam goreng rempah, sotong sambal, pucuk paku masak tempoyak, rendang daging, buah2an aksesori lain yg biasa. memang terliur.

bercakap mengenai masakan nogori ni, ia memang istimewa. bukan kerna saya org negeri tetapi menu nogori boleh menjadi produk pelancongan, daya tarikan hinggakan dikatakan org penyebab jodoh.

Malaysia selalu dianggap syurga makanan atau food heaven. baru-baru ni, beberapa masakan atau makanan Malaysia diiktiraf sbg makanan warisan termasuk nasi lomak, roti canai (chennai kah asalnya?), teh tarik, kuih tradisional dll.

sewaktu saya kecil suatu masa dulu, org negeri dilatih utk makan podeh. kalau tak tahan podeh bukan org nogori namoeh. kalau perlu sesudu gula terpaksa asalkan boleh lulus makan podeh.

Negeri lain juga ada istimewa spt makanan Kelantan. say ajuga antara peminat nasi kerabu dan nasi goreng kerabu. kuih2 Kelantan walaupun manis tapi boleh lah dibawa ketengah. Laksa Johor juga satu kegemaran saya. Banyak lagi makanan negeri lain yg boleh dan mampu menjadi produk tarikan; dengan ilmu dan strategi, pasti makanan2 ini boleh membawa pelancong dalam dan luar negara datang ke sini.

berbual dgn adik beradik, saya bertanya siapa tukang masak di kenduri yg saya hadir tu? jiran tetangga, melewati 60an umurnya, bisnen anak beranak. saya teringat banyak pengusaha yg berjaya juga bermula dari usaha2 kecil2an sebegini, mencuba nasib di bandar (selalunya ke KL) dan mengharungi cubaan dan ujian berniaga berskala besar. banyak yg berjaya dan tidak kurang juga yang terkandas.

apa yang pasti, makan dan makanan kerap menjadi faktor penyatu silaturrahim (bila jumpa rakan, kita tanya dah makan?). Makan dan makanan juga boleh menjadi daya tarikan. Makan dan makanan juga boleh menjadi punca pelbagai masalah kesihatan sekiranya tidak dijaga.

Kita diberi pilihan utk bergaya hidup sihat. memilih makanan yg kita makan. Halalan Taiyyiban, dari rezeki yg juga halal.

sifatnya isu adalah ia akan datang dan pergi. ia akan panas dan sejuk. ia boleh dicipta dan boleh ditiadakan. itulah isu.

satu masa dulu isu sumbang mahram mendapat liputan meluas, hampir setiap hari dalam akhbar utama dan tidak utama (termasuk majalah bersaiz kecil) akan bercerita betapa bermasalahnya orang kita dlm hal sumbang mahram ini.

Rempit. satu lagi isu yg sedang hangat/hangit diperkatakan. makanya semua org pun akan bercerita, dari kedai kopi hinggalah pak menteri juga akan cuba bercakap sesuatu pasal golongan istimewa ini. serbuan demi serbuan dibuat, kutipan demi kutipan kompaun dikaut hasil dari 'penahanan' motor semalam dua di balai. denda sekitar rm200, maka motor yg dah dibikin tu pun boleh keluar dari balai, kesokan harinya. tentu si bapa yg akan membayar. jika lebih kerap serbuan, maka kompaun pun banyak juga agaknya.

tetapi itu bukan halnya, yg semakin menjadi hal adalah kita boleh kehilangan lebih ramai kumpulan/bakal warga kerja berkualiti di masa hadapan.

mereka yg menjadi harapan keluarga, negara dan bangsa tiba-tiba menjadi tumpuan bukan dek kerna berbakatnya mereka tetapi kerna masalah yg dicipta. perbezaan generasi kah puncanya atau institusi keluarga semakin hilang taringnya?

semakin payah rupanya membesarkan anak di dekad ini, tak macam org dulu. akhir zamankah? tetapi itu tak patut jadi alasan. keluarga khasnya ibu bapa perlu segera sesuaiakan kaedah dgn realiti zaman, dan bukan mendidik spt mana kita dididik dulu. dulu tiada sms, sekrg anak2 boleh atau hanya sms org tua kalau nak apa2 (kata kwn2 yg ada anak memiliki HP)

ilmu keibubapaan termasuk modul kursus kahwin perlu cepat2 responsif. media berperanan amat penting. holistik kata bijak pandai.

'saya tak rempit, saya ikut motor2 lain dari blkg. saya baru balik kerja ni bang, saya pun tak rempit juga'. itu sbhgian dari dialog yg sahabat saya seorang pengkaji perolehi dlm beliau mengikuti aktiviti serbuan pihak berkuasa.

ini juga ujian Tuhan. yg pasti tentu ada ubatnya.

..begitulah tema Hari Pekerja tahun ini, 2009.

Hari penting bagi semua warga kerja, kerja kerajaan, swasta, sendiri, tidak kerja, belum kerja, kesatuan kerja, pencari kerja; asalkan ada perkataan kerja.

yang perlu ditanya oleh semua orang, apakah sumbangan kita kpd pemberi kerja iaitu majikan? ketika waktu sukar, rasa ingin tahu apa yang kita dapat haruslah dikesampingkan dan yg utama adalah apa yg kita beri pd org yg beri kita peluang utk mencari rezki.

Imam Ghazali ada berkata utk jadikan kerja itu ibadat, empat (4) perkara perlu dipenuhi iaitu:
1. Niat yg dimulakan perlulah keranaNya jua
2. kerja itu tidak melanggar ajaran agama dan shariat
3. kerja yang dilakukan mestilah bersungguh-sungguh dan tidak sambil lewa shj dan
4. kerja yang dilakukan tidak sekali-kali menghalang kita utk melakukan ibadat spt solat, puasa dan sebagainya.

harapan demi harapan yang menggunung di berikan kpd warga kerja; sumbangan besar, hadiah dan penghargaan demi penghargaan, Pekerja Terbaik sana dan sini, insentif utk pekerja itu dan ini dan sebagainya. Tak tinggal juga betapa kerajaan meletakkan harapan tinggi terhadap kumpulan pekerja (termasuk pekerja asing agaknya) bahawa produktiviti perlu dipertingkat khasnya di waktu kegawatan supaya negara dpt menempuh waktu sukar dengan jayanya.

Ditambah dengan berita disana sini semakin ramai pekerja yang perlu 'dibuang' atau diminta melepaskan kerja atas sebab tidak mampunya syarikat menanggung mereka. Terkini, syarikat otomotif tersohor US iaitu Chrysler pun diisytihar muflis!

Baginda Rasul saw juga pernah bekerja termasuk dgn saudagar ternama Khadijah yg kemudiannya menjadi isteri baginda. Baginda bekerja dengan tekun hingga mampu memikat Khadijah dgn ketekunan serta sifat amanah yg Baginda tunjukkan sewaktu bekerja dengan beliau. gelaran AlAmin merupakan satu gelaran yg perlu ditonjolkan betapa sifat amanah baginda perlu dijadikan contoh teladan kpd semua warga kerja, tiada istilah 'mengular' atau curi tulang kiranya.

Hasil bacaan saya berkait dgn kepimpinan Jack Welch, mantan CEO, General Electrics boleh juga dijadikan teladan.Bagaimana Welch memimpin 300 ribu kakitangan syarikat agar sifat telus dan tekun diterapkan di semua peringkat kerja. Bila membaca kisah beliau,memang boleh teruja juga. Banyak kisah seumpama diluar sana.

Makanya, saya berpesan kpd diri sendiri dan semua warga kerja di luar sana (termasuk netizen) utk bekerja keras, tekun, amanah dan telus tidak mengira apa jua kerja yang kita buat. Ibadahnya kerja kita tidak dpt dinilai dengan wang ringgit sekiranya wang ringgit dijadikan perkiraan.
Yakin pada rahmatNya dan redhaNya akan membuat kita terus tenang dan gembira.

Selesai sudah penggal pertama tahun 2009. Hari ini 1hb April menandakan bermulanya bulan yg penuh cobaan; politik, ekonomi mahupun sosio dimensi. Cerdik pandai kata penggal kedua ini akan lebih mencabar; kesan gawat akan 'sampai' ke negara kita. Dalam negara. line-up terbaru telah jelas (aka kabinet baru juga).
Bank kedua terbesar umum gelombang panik dengan menawarkan cuti tanpa gaji kpd 30ribu kakitangannya.

1. Masa memang cepat berlalu. tup tup penggal pertama tahun 2009 sudah pun sampai ke pertengahan.
2.semakin banyak isu yg tertunggak dan masih belum selesai (politik/PPMSI/lompat melompat/Kugan/Daulat Tuanku! etcetra)
Rakyat Malaysia kini bertukar menjadi a litigous society (mudah kata: masyarakat yg suka saman-menyaman) [more works for lawyers I trust and that the Courts are getting more tested]
3.Paparan akhbar di muka hadapan menyiarkan berita yg hampir sama setiap hari. Elok baca akhbar dari mukasurat belakang kerana beritanya lebih reliable.
4.keputusan yg banyak KIV khasnya melibatkan agensi kerajaan [tunggu lepas Perhimpunan UMNO, ibaratnya UMNO lebih aula dari kerajaan persekutuan] kerana mana tahu KSU atau Menteri bertukar atau ditukar pulak lepas ni..

nukilan 'wartawan' baru:

..sibuk semua org ingin (dan mahu) nampak terlibat dlm isu lokal di negara kita. di kedai kopi, bilik mesyuarat, dlmb blog, akhbar (dlm dan luar negara) dan senarai panjang..
org kita memang suka hilang fokus. Bak kata pemikir, S Covey, 'the main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing'.

Dlm hal ehwal negara kita, apa yg utama? apa yg tidak utama?

Malaysia telah 'berjaya' mencuri tumpuan dunia dgn isu-isu domestik yg tidak berkesudahan.
Jentera kerajaan terus bekerja keras memastikan kepentingan awam tidak terabai.
Kerajaan negeri (yg lain dari kerajaan bahan cerita) bertegas tidak akan ada perubahan geo-politik, maka bolehlah para pelabur datang beramai-ramai utk melabur.
pilihanraya (bukit-bukit) [selepas pemilihan UMNO] juga akan menarik, meskipun kehangatan K Terengganu belum selesai..pasca election.

..sibuk, semua orang hilang tumpuan terhadap apa yg sepatutnya ditumpukan..

the current saga in Perak is interesting. Why?
it is because the power transition at federal level is getting very near indeed.
i cant help it but to say how sad i am seeing the about-to-leave head of the state on TV. he appeared very calm, confident and determined (despite the fact he was already asked to vacate the office and to hand over all state assest including the new Camry 2.4 i trust)
the learned Sultan had decreed and passed his judgemnet that the MB has to leave.the same goes to all the excos.
truly, this has never happened before (at least to my recollection); the MB had to 'derhaka' and went against the royal decree.
suddenly, i am reminded to the Sejarah Kesultanan Melayu where 'Sultan yg adil sultan dijunjung and the line goes..'
i am so eager to follow the saga, not at the state level actually, but the way the federal people behave during this crisis.

Can Use The Gadget Or Not?

Yes, it is about us being able to use the technology. At one time, being able to use computer used to be something to shout. Those were the days where we had to use a 'special' diskettee to enable the use of Word. DOS or something they called it. I remember I was so terrified whenever by accident I pressed the wrong button.. don't know how to undo.

Things really have changed.My daughter asked me to get a picture of something on the net, that was actually the advice given by her teacher or Muallimah (as the title goes at her school). There you are, few transactions and the gambar appeared already maa..so easy. Though, most of the time they chose to play games, like any other normal kids.

We even attempted or suggested for our kids to have their own blogs (not sure can register or not being minor).

So, my youngest (approaching one year old) has already been 'exposed' to the use of this machine. He is at the stage of pulling the wires here and there, you can image.

My hope: at the speed of a button, we can cross the world

-the morale of the Istana Kinta (with the rising Raja Muda with PhD) headed by the former Chief Justice is somehow compromised
-pity to the former MB aka Ketua Perhubungan UMNO Negeri (will he be back to the list?)

Bro A (anak sulung):saya dah bawa bapa saya ni jumpa doktor pakar,mcm2 ubat yg diberi.kalau berurut ni boleh jamin ke bapa saya sehat?

Tukang Urut: tuan, saya dah mengurut lebih 15 tahun, macam2 penyakit saya jumpa. penyakit bapa tuan ni antara lain kesan sampingan ubat hospital. cuba tuan tanya doktor, pasti dia tak dpt nafikan. kalau dpt amalkan berurut inshaAllah boleh pulih

Saksi kejadian (ya'ni saya): .. kalau tak kerna disuruh isteri ke sekian kalinya, saya tak kan pergi berurut. tempat berurut pun dekat shj, 10 minit dari rumah.

memang saya liat utk berurut, tak percaya pun ya juge, yg sebenarnya, takut sakit berurut tu.

PENGUMUMAN: saya baru shj selesai melengkapkan 3 hari berurut secara refleksiologi dan alhamdulillah, badan rasa ringan dan lega. kata si tukang urut, kalau dpt amalkan sebulan/setahun sekali pun takpe, atau jika rasa bdn tak sedap, dtglah berurut.

PUNCA SAYA PERGI BERURUT: dengan tdk semena2, rasa kebas dari pinggang ke bawah, kemudian dari pinggang ke atas. Bila dah sakit baru mau ingat.

NOTA KAKI: badan kita hak kita jgn sampai terlupa beri badan haknya

I had a chance to visit a friend at HUKM (now called PPUKM) who is still at his early 40s; for an obvious reason, he is not in the well. just heart problem, not that hati dengan sifat mazmumah but he has four clogged arteries (just four you see). Doctor straight away admitted him for a by pass which will be carried out right after CNY. (not a good time to be sick esp during holy days; no doctors maa, going for cuti also)
To some (and supported by research), by-pass surgery seems to be the preferred or rather recommended methode of 'healing' your heart problem.
This makes me think deep abt my health. as you grow un-young, sickness of all sort will start to say Hi!
I should share this with all as nowadays, health problem does not limit its reach to age/gender or even status.
stay healthy.

Verdict: calon PAS menang dengan majoriti yg lebih besar dari terdahulu yakni majoriti 2,631 undi. terdahulu cuma 628 shj (yg diwakili oleh Mat Sabu dan dimenangi oleh Arwah Datuk Razali, Timb menteri pelajaran).

menarik utk kita perhatikan keputusan ini kerna jentera kerajaan hampir seluruhnya tiba2 berminat dgn K Tganu. Diketuai oleh bakal PM/Presiden UMNO, nampaknya ia tidak menyebelahi TPM lagi sekali (PRU12 dengan skala rektor 5:baca=5 negeri tumbang)

menarik utk kita jangka transisi politik yg bakal berlaku menjelang Mac akan datang. Transisi kerajaan juga transisi pemilihan agung UMNO.

menarik utk kita teliti dlm suasana kegawatan politik dan kegawatan ekonomi lokal dan global

konklusi:
1. taktik berkempen PERLU ditukar; fear factor juga umpan mengumpan tidak lagi cara berkesan
2. kategori pengundi muda PERLU segera ditangani kerana PRU13 akandisertai oleh kumpulan ini
3. self denial pd fakta dan keadaan sebenar di peringkat rakyat PERLU diubah segera
4. langkah agresif kerajaan dlm menjambatani jurang digital memang berkesan; rakyat sentiasa double check maklumat yg disiarkan oleh akhbar/TV dengan maklumat maya (yg kadang2 lebih current dan betul..)

..kata orang.. Proton akan hasilkan MPV tak lama lagi. ramai yang berpandangan termasuk saya sendiri, Proton patut dah hasilkan MPV dari dulu lagi. Sebabnya mudah; orang Malaysia adalah family-type, anak ramai, ada bibik lagi, budaya balik kampong, bawa barang banyak walau ke destinasi dekat dan banyak sebab-sebab lain lagi.

Communications Minister Shaziman Abu Mansor said more than 30 Internet-linked cases had been submitted to the country's attorney general in the past three years.
"If in future if we cannot cope any more due to too many cases, we may need to have a cyber court," he said, according to the official news agency Bernama.

I am , as I can not afford to lose my perspective aft that 4-year training at law school, for the move as it corresponds to the fast changing mode of information-flow into the masses' minds. thank you to the BRIDGING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE program embarked by the government.

I am starting to wonder, the kind of court setting that it shall be..cyber also? judgement by vote? from distance? via SMS? surely it must look cyber maa, then only the netizen(s) will look up at the court and hv some respect.

obviously our ISA will become more effective insofar this cyber thing becomes a court concern. By the way, I believe the present regulation must have provisions (peruntukan) for such enforecement (which present courts are not able to handle presumably)

..the forthcoming election (by-election I mean) of Kuala Terengganu shall be another eventful event of the year. It shall be able to shed lights to the mass on the many recent wise and unpopular decisions made by the federal government a.k.a state governments.
the planned transition of the top posts in UMNO, the likely changes in the cabinet line-up, the most awaiting downturn, the ups-downs of oil price and other basic needs and many other 'the'. (yes, there is going to be a new hotel in K Terengganu; Felda Residence). I hope many more by-elections so that the rakyat will somehow get the spill overs.

GAZA.
To some people including myself, the most disturbing happening at present is what is happening in Gaza, our fellow brothers are being slained by the forever enemy of the Jews. The true color of the new US top people suddenly emerges. I wonder why the Briton premier is 'against' the Israeil, and showed support to the Gaza people? though its friends are all for the Jews.

I truly thought that enough is enough with the orchestrated political play by many (..apart from what we could see our MPs in the Dewan yg Mulia..).

The current and recent case of DSAI has marked another attention (and tension) to the mass especially the marhain, our end, we are struggling with our bills and what not, at the upper end is the show.

( I notice Che Det is not respondong to this issue, probably to put him down a bit? dont know)

The least we can do, pray for the unity of our own people.

Here and there people talk about how to deal with the 'kenaikan harga barangan asas' including rice and all. Obviously this is going to be THE topic at least for the next some time.

The move to cut perks made by the ministers and MBs of certain states may well be received though 10% may not be that much. The people..where to cut if there is nothing more to cut.

Public transport to travel..I admit I cant recall when was the last time I boarded a bus. On the road, significant decrease of vehicles.

At our end, we are forced to think hard on how to make do with what we have.

My New Oil Price

Today marks the second day of the new oil price tag ..to many it IS a shock and a burden as well. Enough with all the numbers that the government of the day attempts to offer to the mass, truly the saga shall not end easily. Here and there commotions and riots are forms of protests shown by the affected voters (technically all). Some basic goods are starting to get new price tag as well.
I agree that we should change the way we see things around us. The way we bahave towards our own hard earned money. The way we choose to spend etc..
Shall I end my words by saying that life will not be the same, it is so dynamic, changes rapidly. All these require us to CHANGE and not to react.

Mother's Day Shall Be Different This Time

Today is a sad day for me and my family members. Our beloved mother passed away early this morning after months of fighting against her cancer. Ideed, the around-the-corner Mother's Day shall be different. Plus; our youngest bro is getting married in two days time.

My thanks to those who came to pay last respect to her (layat as per Javanese term)/

She was a person with careful words and actions. I started to learn on her soft way of doing things or even the word choice; much to avoid offending people's feeling.

She would not show of her inside feels especially in front her own children. Our neighbor used to be her close friend with whom she would share things.

Raising seven children on her own was not an easy task. She was in charge of all things and it means literally all things.

My deepest tribute to late mother (-in law) Pn Hjh Mariati Sirat.

Parking Matter

Making a trip to a hospital can be an interesting trip especially if it THE Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL). Indeed it will remind you how grateful you should be to the Creator that you are healthy and ok.

It has been months if not years since I last went to HKL that I really found the PARKING facility is something that any visitor will talk about. By the road side you can easily see visitors ARGUING with the security who at their reasonble way of communication will tell you, Sir U cant park here or pls go away..

I have learnt that HKL is the best hospital in the country as it has the latest facility, probably the best doctors/specialists and soforth. On the other side, our counry is promoting health tourism ; maybe not HKL. Parking matter must be solved almost urgently.

I had one 'bitter' experience of not paying the parking fee and that 4 minutes or so had costed me RM80 (as I was summoned to pay or else, in court maa.)

Public transport going to HKL? can be considered provided the shuttle service is superb.

Yet still, HKL shall always be THE place where most commoners will go.

Mounting pressures for the premier to consider his position (have to be more careful nowadays with what you write). The new coalition has been formalized, rising coverages (via alternative media of course and still) have created awareness on what are being done (or rather to be done). Up on the north, some changes though have impacted some business establishments (no project on paddy fields for example).

Any reasonable man would be fair to feel the concern should there be a big CHANGE in the present government. How are going to look like, to be and soforth.

Deep down, I believe, some of these development(s) are mere 'plays'. What our politicians really need at this very moment is the unifying factor. ONE big and important factor that can really put everybody in oneness. Up to you to figure this out on the big factor..

Allow me, excerpt in summary:"Ayman a 14 year old boy, lives just 200m away from the recently attacked village by Israelis.Deprived from schooling, the whole family has been living in dire poverty and with limited access to all kind of public facilities." The children of GAZA deserve a childhood, as the title of this heart-moving article.

With all faith and undivided confidence, I truly believe that He enshrines us with bearable tests and challenges for reasons for which we have to think and find out ourselves.

An always talked-over topic, teamwork.Permit me to share what I saw today..err.. at the airport.The teamwork that the cabin staff, ground crew up to the counter people is always great insofar as teamwork is concerned. Otherwise we will not board the flight right? As we observe, from step 1 to step 2 onwards, it is like already a common understanding (of course you may say SOP and so forth) but what I must record here is that the so called bond among the group of people that the management (I am sure HR would have a claim here) has rightfully placed must be appreciated. indeed different people may have come from different background; what matters is the ability to work together as a team.

Let us look from another perspective, more often and not, we can get into differences easily, say, over trivial matter or a place to eat or the kind of furniture to buy. Here the art of negotiation shall become handy I assure you.Emphasis:we can come into terms if we want to.

Siti Aminah juga melihat dirinya berdoa kpd Tuhan yg Esa."Aku berlindung kpd Tuhan yg Esa supaya diselamatkan anak ini pd semua yg dengki;.Anak ini dilahirkan pd 12 Rabiulawal Thn Gajah atau mengikut ahli sejarah, 50 hari selepas peristiwa tentera gajah..

mm..The saga continues. Just that now two states have yet 'confirmed' their new captains. Tganu and Perlis. interference of the istana they say and this has given a mixed impression amongst the taxpayers aka voters whether or not the istana will merely listen to the advice of the PM or 'consulted' for that matter in certain importants matters such as the apt of MB. Patience rewards. More interesting, strong signal to the PMship on the issue of choice. The media esp gov-prone media must now reconsider the way news/issues etc being written/dessiminated to the public. Maturity awaits. At the moment, alternative media are available at finger tips, at least in my case. Lip service has been powerful mode indeed my dear.

phew.. it has been quite a day today , going around here and there meeting people of different background.
Okey, yesterday was even more pack schedule.
and of course, in the course of meeting people, the good topic that must not be left out would be the aftermath of the recent election.
just now, Perlis is getting a new MB, a new comer or proxy to someone. God knows. Tganu kite..yet to be appointed. and situation is getting hot as the non-gov. blogs/webs are now toying with the news that PakLah is in real situation (too diplomatic..) or rather under significant pressure (another diplomatic words)..
I met senior guy from SSP, the 84-yr old engineering company (tall green tower just next to the Sg Besi toll). Talking abt impacts of the election onto our projects. The double track railway fr central up to the north, to be steered by Gamuda-MMC consortia might be in a situation (diplomatic words)
in short, probably our politic is still immature, where certain quarters 'offer' to withdraw for certain mega projects just becoz it was politically-moved projects (and and the expense of the voters).Banners arnd KL asking PakLah to consider his PMship(diplomatic word again..)My pray to Him.

Let us talk abt hobby. Truly my hobby has been reading. Books that are aspiring like Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Magic of Thinking Big, Winning, The Law of Attraction etc..
Why I maintain this hobby for the past many many years as I find myself into the book as I read. As my other half always told me that it took me longer months if not years to finish a book as I will jot down the thoughts in the book into my PDA or elsewhere. I will digest it really.

Actually I am thrilled to have my own blog as I see that the recent election has really placed this mode of communication as important as it has been. Yes, I amnot an IT savvy kind of a person though I like to surf almost everyday, crossing continents and looking at scenarios.
